A by-election to the 55th Parliament of the United Kingdom for the constituency area of Corby.

Labour gain from Conservative by Andrew Sawford with a majority of 7,791 - 21.8% - on a turnout of 44.6%.

An electorate of 79,878, having a valid vote count of 35,665 and an invalid vote count of 110.
