A by-election to the 58th Parliament of the United Kingdom for the constituency area of Kingswood.

Labour gain from Conservatives by Damien Egan with a majority of 2,501 - 10.1% - on a turnout of 37.1%.

An electorate of 67,103, having a valid vote count of 24,869 and an invalid vote count of 36.
