Labour gain from SNP by Pamela Nash with a majority of 7,085 - 18.2% - on a turnout of 54.4%.

This constituency of Motherwell, Wishaw and Carluke was established by the 2024 boundary set for Scotland. This election was the first held under that boundary set.
