An election to the 55th Parliament of the United Kingdom for the constituency area of Blaenau Gwent, held as part of the general election on 6 May 2010.

Labour gain from Blaenau Gwent People's Voice by Nick Smith with a majority of 10,516 - 32.5% - on a turnout of 61.8%.

An electorate of 52,442, having a valid vote count of 32,395 and an invalid vote count of 71.
