Labour gain from SNP by Blair McDougall with a majority of 8,421 - 16.8% - on a turnout of 67.3%.
An electorate of 74,626, having a valid vote count of 50,227 and an invalid vote count of 141.

This constituency of East Renfrewshire was established by the 2024 boundary set for Scotland. This election was the first held under that boundary set.
