Conservative hold by David Mundell with a majority of 4,242 - 9.6% - on a turnout of 61.5%.

This constituency of Dumfriesshire, Clydesdale and Tweeddale was established by the 2024 boundary set for Scotland. This election was the first held under that boundary set.
