An election to the 55th Parliament of the United Kingdom for the constituency area of South East Cornwall, held as part of the general election on 6 May 2010.

Conservative gain from Liberal Democrats by Sheryll Murray with a majority of 3,220 - 6.5% - on a turnout of 69.5%.
