An election to the 55th Parliament of the United Kingdom for the constituency area of Hertsmere, held as part of the general election on 6 May 2010.
Conservative hold by James Clappison with a majority of 17,605 - 37.2% - on a turnout of 64.7%.
An electorate of 73,057, having a valid vote count of 47,270 and an invalid vote count of 140.
